| Notes | The Plan identifies a housing need for the Borough during the plan period of 26,250 new homes (1,750 homes per year). Hackney, in partnership with the GLA, has identified capacity to deliver 1,330 homes each year between 2019 and 2029. This equates to a requirement for 19,950 homes over the 15 year plan period.
