Any trees dying or severely diseased within five years of planting shall be replaced within the next available planting season. Prior to commencing any work, it is imperative to secure the reservation of two Aesculus x carnea 'Briotii' trees, each measuring 12-14cm and contained within 45-litre containers. Confirmation of this reservation must be provided to the Local Planning Authority (LPA) before any felling activities commence. Should assistance be required in locating a nursery capable of supplying these trees, the Trees & Hedgerow Officer is available to offer support in this regard."}
