Gables have raised reverse-stepped coping on-moulded kneelers; end stacks with chamfered caps. Single-storey 4-bay cottage on right shows 12-pane Yorkshire sashes; coped right gable; similar ridge and right end stacks. Outshut at rear of cottage.
