The Plan provides the statutory decision making framework for the determination of all planning applications for minerals and waste development in County Durham.

To support achievement of this spatial strategy the next Shropshire Local Plan will include site allocations and local planning policy. The next Shropshire Local Plan will also incorporate the entirety of the next mineral and waste plan for Shropshire.
