U0110349Replacement tree planting
Following the felling of the pine tree authorised by this consent, a replacement tree shall be planted on the site. The replacement tree shall be container grown or root balled and of a species to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and of minimum selected standard (10-12cm) size in accordance with British Standard 3936: 1992 Nursery Stock Part One. The replacement tree shall be planted at a location to be agreed by the Local Planning Authority during the first planting season following the felling. The Local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing within 7 days of the planting of the tree.

Prior to bringing the new access into use, a scheme of planting for trees and hedgerows, in order to replace that removed as part of the development, shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority including a timescale for implementation, to be agreed in writing. This scheme will take into account the requirement not to interfere with the visibility splay as indicated on the approved plan. The scheme shall be implemented in accordance with that approval and timescale unless otherwise agreed in writing. The planting scheme shall be maintained by the site owner for a period of five years following planting. Any tree or shrub planted as part of the scheme which becomes damaged or diseased or dies or is removed within five years shall be replaced during the next planting season.
