  Temporary tree protection fencing to be agreed Prior to the commencement of the development hereby granted a scheme for the protection of the Larch tree that complies with British Standard 5837: 2012 Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and construction shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval.
