The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted flood risk assessment (ref. EWE Associates Ltd, Revision B, dated 03/10/2023) and the following mitigation measures it details: - Finished floor levels of the converted garage/store shall be set no lower than 5.9 metres above Ordnance Datum (AOD); - Flood resistance and resilience measures shall be installed as per pages 20-22 of the approved Flood Risk Assessment.
