  Planting

  Trees and shrubs shall be planted on the site in accordance with a scheme to be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within three months of the commencement of development. This scheme is to provide details of species, siting, planting distances and programme of planting. Planting is to be carried out during the first available season after commencement of development.   Replacement Trees

  Replacement trees shall be planted on the site during the first available planting season on a one for one basis. The replacement trees shall be of 'Selected Standard' size which have been container grown and must be of a quality which complies with the British Standards Institute specification 3936 for Nursery Stock, 1992. These trees will conform to Green Leylandii Hedging 15 Litre Pot 180/200cm. Once planted the Local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing within 7 working days to approve practical completion of any planting. Any part of the scheme which fails to achieve independence in the landscape, or is damaged or removed within five years of planting shall be replaced during the next available planting season in full accordance with the approved scheme, unless the local planning authority gives its written approval to any variation.
